Massage Exchange

Image
Since September 2018 I've been sharing the spot as massage exchange guide at the Odessa ship in Amsterdam. Massage Exchange is kind of like a workshop, but with more freedom of the participants to intuitively do what feels right. In these 2 hour long sessions, we focus on a new area of the body, or work with a different style, so that even is you come every week, you always learn something new, but it still stays accesible to participants on all levels of massage work. My job as a Guide is to ensure that everyone is able to work in tha most relaxed way possible, while at the same time maintaining a high level of efficacy. To show some new moves and pressure points, to inspire and reassure where it may be needed, Classes vary from between 6 to 14 students.

Where the muscles will also be worked, the emphasis is on the meridians   and generating an over all balance throughout your system. After a massage, my clients often express feeling very relaxed, open and rejuvenated. The cleansing process may continue even days after the treatment,  and leave you with a over all holistic feeling of wellbeing. Shiatsu is always given clothes on. Ab...
