What are these sessions like?

Shiatsu, Thai, and Chinese abdominal massage all have their roots in
Oriental medicine or TCM.
They use a network of energetical meridians embedded in the body that distribute
lifeforce, and that, if blocked, generate discomfort or disease.

In my sessions we will work with different forms of Accupressure delivered through the fingers,
hands, feet, elbows and knees. Using the breath, deep stretches and joint mobilizations to
create a highly effective, intergrated therapy that removes blockages and stagnations
in the body, as well as in the mind.
Where the muscles will also be worked, the emphasis is on the meridians
and generating an over all balance throughout your system.

After a massage, my clients often express feeling very relaxed, open and rejuvenated.
The cleansing process may continue even days after the treatment,
and leave you with a over all holistic feeling of wellbeing.

Shiatsu is always given clothes on.
Abdominal massage is hands on skin, but only the abdomen are exposed.
